About Us

The Frobabies Movement was birthed from a dream Kanika Alston had in the winter of 2015. As an educator, empowering children has always been her personal mission. Kanika's passion for Frobabies Hair comes from wanting to ensure that multicultural children have a platform by which they can be celebrated, honored and uplifted.  The aim of Frobabies Hair is to rewrite the standard of beauty through positive imagery. All children’s hair, no matter the texture or length, should be nurtured, appreciated and unconditionally loved.
